Q. When I add something to my cart and go to checkout, why is there nothing in my cart?
A. Most likely you are using Internet Explorer or another outdated web browser. Our website runs best on the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Apple Safari for IOS, Google Chrome for Android.
Q. Does the surface need preparation prior to applying vinyl graphic or magnet?
A. Yes. The vehicle must be clean and free of dirt before the stickers or magnets are applied. This will ensure proper adhesion of the pressure sensitive vinyl decal and for magnets, ensure a proper bond with the steel surface of the vehicle.

Q. After the magnetic sign our US DOT decal is applied does it require any maintenance?
A. Once applied, the vinyl is virtually maintenance free. Clean your vehicle as you normally would but avoid direct contact with the high pressure spray as pressure washing could damage the vinyl graphic. For magnets, they do require you to remove them and clean them every few days to prevent dirt, dust and moisture build up between the magnet and the vehicle. The magnets should be stored indoors at room temperature when not in use. They do need to be installed flat on the vehicle so that air cannot get underneath them.
Q. How long should I expect my US DOT stickers to last?
A. When producing the die cut dot stickers, we use a 7 year vinyl that is rated for outdoor use. You should get 3-7 years of continued outdoor use of the vinyl stickers. Magnetic signs usually last 3-5 years with proper care, cleaning and storage.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. If you choose the default free shipping option you should expect to receive your DOT stickers and magnets within 7-10 business days. Although this is the default method of shipping there are many other options available to get them faster.
Q. Does your product come with a guarantee?
A. All of our stickers are protected against manufacturers defects for a period not to exceed 90 days. Upon receipt of your product if you should fine that they are defective in any way, please contact us and we will authorize a return, refund or store credit. Magnetic signs are warranted from fading, peeling, and cracking for 1 year.
Q. Do US DOT number magnets stick to all vehicles?
A. No, magnets will stick to vehicles made of steel. For vehicles made of aluminum or fiberglass, you will want to go with a sticker. Magnets will only stick to steel. Some vehicles, including most sports cars, some semi truck doors, and newer Ford vehicles are made of aluminum or fiberglass. You can test your vehicle using a fridge magnet. If the fridge magnet sticks, our vehicle magnets will as well.
Q. Is Next Day Air shipping available for Saturday delivery?
A. No, if you order on Thursday after our cut off time (11 am) using UPS Next Day options, the order will ship on Friday and be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is not included on UPS Next Day Saver or UPS Next Day Air.
