There are 4 options to choose from, they are as follows:

1. 3 Line Decal: Operated by Amerit Fleet Solutions USDOT 4450595
2. USDOT Number Decal: USDOT 4450595 
3. Company Name Decal: Amerit Fleet Solutions
4. 2 Line Decal: Amierit Fleet Solutions USDOT 4450595

Select the number of decals you need (they are sold as a single decal (per side). If you need to letter one truck, you will want to order a quantity of 2 (one for each side). 

Decals are sold in black and will work best on light colored vehicles. If you have a dark vehicle, you will want to let us know so we can accommodate you for compliance.
