Return Policy for Stock Items:
- All stock items (i.e., "NOT FOR HIRE") can be returned for a full refund of the product cost.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Graphics Installation Issues:
- If a graphics installation is botched or does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.
Custom Sign Orders:
- Custom sign orders are not eligible for return.
- If there are issues with custom signs, please reach out to our customer service team to discuss possible solutions.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team by phone or email to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer service representative.
Refunds:
- Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee to cover shipping on the original order.

Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before we begin production, or after a proof has been sent for review are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. We go to production very quickly on DOT signs, sometimes as quickly as 5 minutes from receiving your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
Fly Offs, Theft & Loss
Theft, fly offs and loss do happen. Because we have no control over how the signs are cared for or installed, we do not warranty them from theft, fly offs, or loss. Please follow the care and cleaning instructions to help prevent loss and fly offs.

Because many DOT sign orders move into production very quickly, sometimes within minutes, please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.
Are custom USDOT decals returnable?
No. Custom products including USDOT decals, magnetic signs, and personalized truck lettering are not eligible for return.
Do magnetic signs stick to aluminum truck doors?
No. Magnetic signs stick to steel surfaces only. Aluminum, fiberglass, and many newer truck doors are not magnetic.
What if my graphics are installed incorrectly?
Please contact us immediately if there is an installation issue. We will work with you to review the problem and help determine the best possible solution.
How should magnetic signs be cared for?
Magnetic signs should be applied to clean, dry, flat steel surfaces and removed regularly for cleaning. Proper care helps prevent fly offs, trapped moisture, and paint damage.
