We will be closed for the Christmas/New Year holiday: DEC 24 THRU JAN 3.
We reopen on Jan 4th at 8 am Eastern time.
All orders placed during the Christmas/ New Year holiday closure will ship out the first week of January. Expedited shipping options will not be available during this time. While our office is closed, we will be checking email and voice mail periodically throughout the holiday.
Free shipping orders are usually sent via USPS First Class Mail. Both First Class Mail and Priority Mail packages are taking 7-14 business days in many locations across the US. For faster shipping, please select UPS at checkout.
Our customer service agents are working from home at this time. The best method to contact us will be via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. While we do have the phones forwarded during business hours, we will have limited agents available to answer the phone lines. For faster service, please email us with your inquires.
We are currently running at half capacity in our production area to protect our employees and to practice social distancing. Our current lead times are 1-2 business days, but this will fluctuate with the number of incoming orders. For your protection, the staff members making your signs will be self isolated at the shop and will not have outside contact during this time. If you select UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express Mail shipping, your order will get priority and go out within the 1 business day lead time. We will be putting orders that select one of these shipping options ahead of others.
ONGOING SHIPPING DELAYS
On orders shipping with free shipping option, we will ship the most cost effective way for our company. Often times, USPS First Class Mail is the cheapest method, especially if you order stickers. First Class Mail orders are taking anywhere from 3 business days to 3+ weeks in some locations.
On orders where customers pay for upgraded shipping methods, please keep in mind that both UPS and USPS have suspended their delivery guarantees, and are not refunding shipments in their system if they arrive late.
While for most expedited services, they are running efficiently, there have been some instances where packages are delayed a day or two. If that happens, we will not refund any shipping charges, as it is outside of our control and they will not refund us for any late shipments. You can view the UPS COVID response here:
