Standard Vinyl: Briteline DurationX — Our Most Popular Material Option
Our standard vinyl option, Briteline DurationX, is a 3 mil white calendered film with permanent gray acrylic adhesive. It is an option for printed USDOT number decals, company identification, and vehicle graphics on suitable surfaces. The manufacturer also lists indoor and outdoor signage, decals, nameplates, and point-of-purchase displays among its applications.
- Adhesive: Permanent gray acrylic adhesive helps conceal underlying colors.
- Installation: Low initial tack allows repositioning during application; the adhesive builds to a permanent bond within 24 hours.
- Air release: Air-egress liner helps air escape during installation.
- Minimum application temperature: 40°F.
- Service temperature range: -40°F to 180°F.
- Expected exterior exposure: 5 years under normal exposure; actual performance depends on application and conditions.

Custom-Order Repositionable Vinyl
3M™ Controltac™ IJ180Cv3 repositionable vinyl is available by custom order. This 2 mil white cast film has a removable, pressure-activated adhesive and Comply™ v3 air-release channels. 30 Mil Magnetic Sign Material Specifications
Our high-quality flexible magnetic sheeting is magnetized to 14 poles per inch, with equally spaced magnetic poles running parallel to the length of the roll. Standard roll and sheet width is 24 inches.

- 30 mil magnetic material (0.030 inch / 0.76 mm).
- Minimum magnetic pull
- 90 lb per square foot at zero air gap, based on standard 14-pole-per-inch magnetization.
- Service temperature range
- -15°F to 160°F (-26°C to 71°C).
- Flexibility
- Can be coiled to a ½-inch (12.7 mm) radius without cracking at 68°F (20°C).
- Standard width
- 24 inches.
The pull rating describes the material under zero-air-gap test conditions. Actual holding strength depends on the receiving surface and contact with the magnet. Follow our magnetic sign application instructions for application and maintenance.
Special Colors and Reflective Magnetic Sheeting
Special colors are available upon request for an additional fee: gloss white, black, blue, yellow, red, and green. Reflective magnetic sheeting options are also available in these colors. Ask about availability for your order.

- Resolution: At least 300 dpi at half size or 150 dpi at full size, or supply vector artwork.
- Accepted formats: .ai, .pdf, .eps, .psd, .docx, .jpeg, .cdr, .png, and .jpg.
- Maximum file size: 100 MB per file.
