It is not often that I come across a company that treats every purchaser, no matter how large or small the order, with the same high level of customer service. I had a simple question about my order so I called the phone number listed during normal business hours. The person I spoke to was so friendly and efficient. He looked up my order and told me it had already shipped. It had shipped in less than 24 hours from the time I placed the order. What service! And my order was only $5.64. Yup, this is a stellar company when it comes to customer fulfillment and I am sure I will be very pleased with I receive my magnetic sign.

The customer service is outstanding. Production time to shipping is phenomenal. I'm so glad that I went with a company that's been in business doing this exact thing for a 27 years. I ordered on a Sunday night and purchased with 2-day shipping, but I really needed one day shipping. I messaged the company on their chat widget. Early Monday morning they sent me a link to pay the difference. With it being 30 minutes before UPS coming and I hadn't seen the link yet, Jesse gave me a call. If he hadn't called I might have missed my opportunity to get it out Monday. I am super grateful. I will definitely be ordering all of my DOT signs from them forever. Thanks again Jessie. DOT number store has high quality prints with incredibly fast shipping. I haven’t affixed my DOT number yet however, the price was very affordable and I am very impressed at how they do business. Very conscientious of customers needs. Will be my go to place for signage, thanks!

First off 10/10 would recommend: I had an idea for an old neon sign that was gifted to me from a friend. The problem was that the sign itself had “WE I.D.” larger than the actual Budweiser logo itself. After doing my research I decided to reach out to this particular company, among many others, that offer custom designs. They were the first to respond and actually acted like they were genuinely interested in what I was trying to do. The customer service was outstanding. I was able to describe what I wanted and after the first proof I was sold! All I had to do was send them the artwork and they took off with my idea and made it way cooler than I could have ever done myself. Everyone I talked to were polite and very responsive with any questions or concerns. The quality is top notch! After I received the final product I was worried about messing it up during install but the instructions were easy to follow and the concept of an oops policy will give you piece of mind in case of any hasty mistakes that may happen. Absolutely recommend Accent Signs. I have had magnets made from them and also I have had a few car decals made. I did mess up one of my decals and the woman I spoke to was very helpful and kind. I got my replacement and had no issue at all! Very highly recommended by me. I won't go anywhere else.

Accent Signs and graphics has done outstanding work at great prices for me over the last 10 years.
